Shipping & Returns

Order Processing 

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time the order was placed. 

All orders are dispatched from Canada. 

Return and Refunds

Returns are accepted to our warehouse located in Canada within 14 days after order has been delivered. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping. All returns should be shipped to our warehouse in Canada with a tracking number.

Products must be in unworn and unaltered condition with original tags attached. Return may not be accepted if not received back in original unworn condition.

We offer a full refund on non sale items. Sale items are considered final sale unless defected or an incorrect style, size or colour has been shipped mistakenly. 

If you need to exchange for another style, size or colour please return the purchased item and repurchase the new desired product as needed.

Domestic (Canada): $10 - 3-5 business days*
USA - $20: 7-10 business days*
International Standard: $45 - 10-14 days business days*
* Estimate does not include order processing time or delays caused by customs clearance.

We are NOT responsible for stolen packages. We recommend you choose the shipping method "Signature Required" to ensure that the package will not be left outside. 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered, the shipping carrier will instruct FAIZ T.S. to contact the recipient to arrange for delivery. If we are unable to establish contact and complete the delivery, the shipment will be classified as either "abandoned" or returned to FAIZ T.S. in Canada.

Should the package be considered abandoned, the recipient will not be eligible for either a refund or store credit. If the item(s) are returned to FAIZ T.S., the recipient will receive store credit in the form of a gift card. This credit will be the purchase amount minus both the original shipping costs and the expenses incurred for the return shipment. Please note that the cost of return shipping is likely to be significantly higher than our standard rates for outgoing shipments.

To prevent these issues, make sure the shipping address and contact information you provide at checkout are accurate. Additionally, if you are contacted regarding an order, a prompt response is required.

Missing, Damaged & Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or arrived damaged, please reach out to us at info@faiz-ts.com. Include a brief description of the situation as well as your order# and tracking #. If applicable, include photos of the damages.  We will take further steps to resolve the situation. 

If the tracking status of an order is marked “delivered”, but the package is missing you may be a victim of theft.  Please contact us so that we may open an investigation with the shipping carrier.  We do not replace or refund stolen packages. 

Payments & Charges

Prices by default are set in CAD and auto converted into a wide variety of currencies using the current exchange rate. Your checkout currency can be set in the top right navigation.

For security purposes we may require additional documentation to verify your identity. In this situation, we will get in touch with you by phone or email.  We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.

Tariffs & Duties

USA

Orders shipped to the U.S. from Canada do NOT include tariffs and duties. 

Japan

Orders shipped to Japan from Canada do NOT include local taxes and duties. 

European Union & UK

Due to the free trade agreements between Japan the EU (Japan-EU EPA) and UK (Japan-UK EPA), there will be no import duty for the products made in Japan. However, local VAT and administrative charges associated with the delivery may be charged upon delivery by the courier.

Other

Orders shipped are subject to applicable taxes and duties and are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
