How are taxes, duties and customs calculated for my order?
For orders shipped outside of Canada:
All U.S. orders are shipped from Canada with applicable tariffs and import duties prepaid. Customers will not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
For orders shipped within Canada:
Standard provincial sales tax is applied to the final price at checkout.
Orders shipped within Canada are NOT subject to any other fees or tariffs regardless of Japanese country of origin.
What is your return policy?
Canadian handknit Pre-order items cannot be returned unless delivered with a clear workshop defect.
We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days from delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags attached.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees to our studio in Canada.

We ship all North American orders using Canada Post and international orders using UPS or DHL.
Shipments leave our studio within 48 hours and typically arrive within 8 business days.

North American orders ship from Canada.
Japanese orders ship from Japan.

We ship to the following countries: Canada, USA, Mexico, all EU countries, UK, China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Our Canadian hand knit sweaters are authentically crafted in British Columbia, Canada.
Japanese products are made across various prefectures and its renowned workshops. Each product page on our website specifies the respective region in Japan.
