How are taxes, duties and customs calculated for my order?
For orders shipped outside of Canada:
All U.S. orders are shipped from Canada with applicable tariffs and import duties prepaid. Customers will not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
For orders shipped within Canada:
Standard provincial sales tax is applied to the final price at checkout.
Orders shipped within Canada are NOT subject to any other fees or tariffs regardless of Japanese country of origin.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags attached.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees to our studio in Canada.
To start a return, send us an email with your order number in the subject field.

When will my order ship and arrive?
All orders are dispatached from Canada.
We ship all North American orders using Canada Post and international orders using UPS.
Shipments leave our studio within 48 hours and typically arrive within 8 business days.

We ship to the following countries: Canada, USA, Mexico, all EU countries, UK, China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are proudly made in Japan.
Each product page on our website specifies the respective region in Japan.
Are there sales and discounts?
Our goods are made in limited batches, we do not intend on discounting site wide as per the traditional sales calendar. Individual items or colour ways may be on sale for limited timeframe as announced via our email newsletter and instagram account.
