MASTERMADE IN JAPAN
Proudly crafted across storied prefectures in Japan, each honored for a mastery of craft native to that region. FAIZ T.S. is defined by industrial pragmatism, material integrity, and honest craftsmanship.
Built from heavyweight 5-gauge yarn, each sweater is hand-knit by a single artisan over the course of up to 140 hours. Made from 100% Canadian virgin wool sourced from a farm in New Brunswick, each piece is hand-knit in British Columbia by craftswomen of varied backgrounds, including Indigenous Canadian artisans. The dense, robust construction is intended to be worn as an outer layer.
Defined by a substantial cable-knit pattern throughout the body, the sweater emphasizes the depth and dimension created by its heavyweight wool construction. Two pouch pockets sit at the base of the body, integrated into the knit while adding a practical element to the otherwise traditional form.
